Quick answers.

How fast will I actually hear back?

Same day during our hours — 8am to 8pm ET, seven days a week. If you write to us at midnight, you will hear from us in the morning, and it will be a person, not an autoresponder.

Am I signing up for anything by sending this?

No. This starts a conversation. Nothing is charged, nothing is ordered, and nothing is scheduled until you say yes to a written plan with a price on it.

Can you help if I am mid-contract with someone else?

Often, yes. Tell us who you are with and when it ends. We will read the terms with you, work out what leaving actually costs, and tell you honestly if you are better off waiting a few months.

How long does it take to get running?

A new number can be live the same week. If you are porting an existing number, that part runs on the old carrier's clock — typically 7–14 business days — and your current line keeps working the whole time.

Do you serve residential customers too?

We do — $14 a month, unlimited local and long distance, keep your number. Same support team as our business customers, because you deserve the same treatment.

Or just write to us.

No form, no fields, no funnel. Send us a sentence about your business and we will take it from there.
