Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes, and it's free. It's called porting, and we handle the whole thing with your old carrier. Your number keeps working the entire time; we only switch over once the new system is tested. Most moves finish in 7 to 14 business days.
Do I need new phones?
Not always. Many offices use the mobile app and a laptop. If you want desk phones, we'll recommend models and they arrive set up and ready to plug in.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can leave any time. We'd rather earn your business every month.
What does setup cost?
Nothing. Setup, configuration, number porting and training are included. We don't charge you to become a customer.
What internet do I need?
Any normal business internet works. We'll check your connection during the first call and tell you honestly if anything needs to change.
